Privacy Policy

We collect only what is necessary to operate our services: • Contact enquiries — name, email address, and message content when you fill in our contact form or send us email. • Survey responses — for SurveyAI clients, we collect survey answers submitted by their customers. Responses are anonymous by design: we never require a name or email, and phone/email data is one-way hashed before storage. • Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). We do not use third-party analytics trackers. • Payment data — processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

• To respond to your enquiries and provide consulting or product services. • To generate AI-powered reports for SurveyAI clients using anonymised, aggregated response data. • To monitor site uptime and diagnose technical issues. • We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Some data is processed by AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate summaries, classifications, and business intelligence reports. When AI processes survey responses, all data is pre-aggregated and anonymised — individual responses are never sent to external APIs with identifying information attached.

• Contact form submissions: retained for 12 months, then deleted. • Survey responses: retained for the duration of the client's active subscription plus 90 days post-cancellation. • Server logs: rolling 30-day retention. • You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@tuningfolks.com.

We use a single session cookie for authentication on the SurveyAI admin portal. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required for the public-facing site.

Under the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate data. • Request deletion ("right to be forgotten"). • Object to processing. • Data portability. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is stored on encrypted volumes. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only. See our Security page for full technical controls.
